Ralph sent a message to Scott Greenstein – president and chief content officer of Sirius XM Radio – Email Address that said:
An alleged Randy/Randy has tried to steal my Sirius account. This may tie into my Tuner/Navigator being stolen last year in MI. I have not changed my name, address or telephone number.
When I asked your call center supervisor, "Harry" what he was going to do...he said he would secure my account but do nothing about Jankovich.
If your data server has been broken into by this Jankovich, you may want to follow through with a police inquiry.
