Bruce sent a message to Brian Moynihan President and CEO, Bank of America that said:
When I first had a Bank of America card I lived in Las Vegas and was pretty excited about the cool ATM card with my picture on it. When will you bring that back, I thought it was very personal and made me feel safe about my ATM never being used by a stranger.
