While the world around us is going to hell in a hand basket, you are still obsessed with public restrooms. I have been boycotting Target since you allowed men to use the ladies room and I have not missed shopping at Target at all. I now give Walmart my business.
Now that you are going to spend 20 million on more restrooms, you can be sure I will NOT be buying anything in your stores to pay for this stupid building project.
