Linda Tabbert sent a message to Jeff Fettig that said:
Dear Mr. Bitzer,
I am Linda Tabbert, sister of Christopher Carlson. He was an engineer with Whirlpool Corporation for 26 years.
On April 3, 2020, in the midst of a pandemic he was fired, at age 59. Six weeks later others were offered a buyout/early retirement package, which he would have qualified for. This is wrong on so many levels.
Christopher was a great, loyal employee and did not deserve this. I am asking that you would please exam this situation and make him eligible for the retirement he has earned.
