Dr. Bitzer. My husband and I purchased our dual-fuel / double-oven Kitchen Aid two years ago. In the past 12 months, we've experienced two failed regulator valves with the appliance - resulting in two emergency calls to the gas company. Granted, this is a first-world problem, but here we are, a week from Thanksgiving and I have an inoperable range. I write to you because the response from the customer experience team has been abysmal. Despite repeated calls (current hold time over 31 minutes) and a "chat" with a bot who actually shouted at me, the team has failed to answer a basic question about the safety of the electric range (recall, the leak is with the gas cooktop.) So, could you please have someone on your team find out if I may use my oven to cook my turkey or, do I have to order one from the grocery store? My 86 year old dad is counting on me. Sign me "grateful for your help." Deb Hadley / Raleigh, NC / Formerly Faithful KA Owner
