Good evening Mr. Bitzer,

I am writing to you with a complaint regarding Whirlpool Customer Service. I have been communicating them for over a month regarding a brand new Whirlpool dryer, Model # WHD5090GW. I bought it on EBay on July 27th, and it was delivered to me 3 days later via Lowes. It's a nice looking machine, and worked satisfactorily for just about 2 months. Then it died. I have contacted the original re-seller many times but, they have gone "radio silent." Over the past month I have been speaking with many, many Whirlpool Customer Service people who were helpful at first. But, last Friday I was promised that the problem (the unit does have a sticker with the serial number visible where anyone can find it including a Whirlpool Authorized Service Tech) would be taken care of and that I would receive a call either that day or no later than this past Monday. When I followed up today, I spoke with three levels of "escalation" which included the requirement to re-cite the issues incurred over the last three months to each Associate. It was so frustrating that I have resorted to contacting you for assistance. If you could intervene on my behalf (a very good Whirlpool Corporation customer for decades - my records document this); it would be greatly appreciated. I can be identified within your Customer Service system with my name: Thomas Utrup and at least the most current phone # of: (760) 201-6352.

Many thanks,

Thomas Utrup
