Hello Marc, I hope you and your family are well and staying safe. As CEO of Whirlpool I wanted to highlight you to my concerns regarding the new tumble dryer that was delivered to me in exchange for my old appliance that was deemed as being unsafe under recall scheme.
I was very happy with my old dryer. It was very efficient and dried my laundry efficiently. The new dryer I have been given is not working properly. When I put clothes in to dry, it can take up to 2 hours for them to dry when previously they were fine after 30mins. I have now resorted to other means of drying the laundry. I no longer use the dryer as it's too expensive to run.
When I contacted Whirlpool about this I feel I was fobbed off and told that if I call and engineer out, I will be charged for the call. All I want is a dryer that works properly - a like for like replacement. I am happy to contribute to a higher model if necessary. Please contact me to discuss this tel mobile 07840 834822.
