Hello Mr Bitzer ,I love in the UK and my washing machine is registered for replacement due to the recall on it,I have contacted customer services several times to find out when my washer will be replaced ,but no joy ,my wife and I are both retired and need to have our clothes washed in hot water due to medical conditions all we have been told is to wash them on a cold wash ,but this will not clean them hygenicly ,can you please tell me how long we will have to wait for a replacement
