Unfortunately my family is having quite a rough time with the Whirlpool Fridge we bought from Lowes on 10-23-18. The following month I returned to Lowes as the fridge would not dispense ice. However, the worst problem is, it will not keep food and drink cold. Have to mop water that runs from the freezer. I slipped, so a bath towel now lies in front of the freezer. My Dad is 93 and wishes I would have never bought it (I talked him into it). Yes, I feel horrible. There is too much to list. The repair people have been here 7 to 8 times. I have every work ticket except one (my son was there). I am requesting a new fridge. I believe we have been very patient. The fridge is still not fixed! I'm told it will be approx.6 more days. This is not acceptable. My guess is, you do not no about this and I am hoping you folks will make us whole (loss of food and more then one gallon of milk!).
