I am desperately trying to get through to someone of importance to assist my 95 year old Grandmother. she has been trying to get her whirlpool washing machine repaired: 4 engineers have been booked in and still it is leaking. Today a young man walked in and walked straight out saying: I am too busy to do jobs in tight spaces.
customer services have said she is to blame for not making space for him: She is frail and we need help.
