I am writing to you in reference to our whirlpool refrigerator. twice I have had to replce the skins on it do to rust. your corporation has been generous and covered it. but, now the compress has over heated and almost caused a fire . the unit is only 5 years old and I have never had issues like this before with your products. I have a stove, microwave and dishwasher from your corp. i am a loyal customer and would like to stay that way. we had a repair guy come out and replace the compressor and are still waiting for the unit to cool down. hopefully it didn't damage anything else. would you be willing to meet me half way and if i need to replace this would your company be willing to cover half the cost of a replacement. thank you for your time.
