I have complain regarding the whirlpool refrigerator. I requested service, one person came, took photo, collected visiting charge and eent off. He asked to get it repaired locally. I wonder for no any service availed, I forced to pay money.
Why whirlpool have outsource service centre when they are unable to repair a simple plastic border on the refrigerator door. Company credibility at stake because of such ineffective centre.
There is no effective customer complaints and escalation process followed.
I have even mailed to india ceo arvind uppal but problem still not resolved.
This is not good for the brand like Whirlpool.
Hope my concern would be addressed because after you i reached the last level of escalation.
