I have unsuccessfully had contact with several people for the past five years about my refrigerator. It has been a problem from the beginning. Mostly the ice-maker, but the doors do not fit correctly either. Here I am with the warranty expiring at the end of this month and the ice-maker which was installed in March is not making ice. I could have told the service man what the problem was, but no one will listen to an old woman. The line was frozen and a new ice-maker really wasn\'t necessary. I think he finally figured it out when I saw him take the line apart after he installed the new one and it still didn\'t work. I didn\'t say anything nor did he, but I did notice it. I\'ve been told that no-else has any of these problems, so I assume I have a lemon. I have had it with all the inconveniences and problems. I will start posting on social media to let everyone know not to buy this product. I live on Social Security so it\'s not like I can just go out and buy a new one, but I am saving as much as I can to do that and it will not be a Kitchen Aid or any Whirlpool product.
