I own a 3 door refrigerator, kitchen aid model krff302ess. it is defective, and your customer service department informed me an exchange for a new refrigerator has been authorized. but i cannot get thru tothe product exchange department. they sent me a robo call last thursday but i just rcvd a robo message that the exchange is authorized, but then was put on hold for more than 1 hour, before i gave up. I have been on your customer "service" line, holds of more than 1 hours on multiple calls after that, connected one time by a rep to the exchange department and then gave up after a 45 minute wait. this complaint was brought to Joshua on the "resolution team" and he referrred me to wait for product exchange dept. my ref# is 7727-974-72. this is excruciating as the refrigerator temp goes way high, and the authorized service company, dan mark has not been able to fix this. i would have lost hundreds of dollars of food if i did not have a second fridge. please have someone call me who can give me terms of the exchange and arrange for delivery time. david siegel, 201-736-2156
