Mr. Bitzer,
I have a kitchen aide dishwasher that I bought a year ago. I stopped cleaning the dishes. I have contacted the help line starting back on Sept.3,2020. The dishwasher was only 8 months old. They have sent out a tech 3 times and the tech also has been on the phone with the support tech. Every test they done said it should work but its not. I have called 7 times since Sept 3 and each and every time I was told if they could not fix that it would be replaced. As of Thursday Nov 3 I've been told that I will have to wait again for a tech. I'm not happy with the customer relationship. I have been lied to many time ,that a tech will call in 24 to 48 hours. That doesn't happen. I have to call and wait on the phone for an half hour to hour before someone answers.
