Ron Baskin sent a message to Jeff Fettig that said:
Sir,
Let me first state that I realize as a CEO you do not deal with customers, but as a retired veteran, it has been my experience that if a request goes out from the top of the chain of command, the people that do deal with us are a bit more responsive. I have also tried many times to resolve my issue to no effect, so there you are. I have just finished remodeling my kitchen and used all new Whirlpool appliances. They look great in the remodeled space except for the built in mini fridge space which is still empty. We ordered it in the middle of February and it has been delayed several times with a new projected ship date now in June. I realize that we are living through extraordinary times and these things happen, but we canât check your website on status and customer service, after much time on hold, simply reads back data from the same website that we have access to. I would like at the very a little more concrete answer on when or if it will be delivered even if it isnât an answer I like. There are other less expensive options I could explore. They would not match our other appliances, but neither does the empty hole where the fridge is supposed to go. Once again, I realize that my request is well outside of your normal daily routine, but anything you could do to get the ball rolling, I would greatly appreciate. Thank You for taking the time to read this lengthy missive.
