We bought the Cabrio top loader washer about 2 years ago & I hate it. Waste my time, money, water & electricity. I have to use the deep water setting for all loads. Whoever thought of removing the agitator with a nub & just using enough water to wet the clothes should be fired. I have to use the deep water on all loads. The clothes get wet enough to get heavy & with no agitator they do not move. Clothes do not clean as well as in my old 30 year old Sears washer. I spend a lot more time pretreating and doing extra loads. I cannot wash normal loads because the stains do not wash out as well since the clothes get wet heavy & just lay there. The liquid softner sometimes does not get rinsed out & leaves stains. The water does not cover the top of the clothes & since water only drops down in the same spot as the clothes go around clothes do not always rinse clean. I cannot use bleach because there is not enough water for the bleach to mix with & it sometimes spots the clothes & again sometimes does not rinse out completely. So with this washer I am pretreating a lot more. A normal load is now double. Instead of running 3 normal loads I now have to run 6 half loads. And on top of that more times than not I have to run a wash through a 2nd time to get stains out. I have spoken with others who bought this washer & their experience is the same. I feel mislead and cheated.
