your system makes it impossible to complain! One of your engineers came to repair my oven on Friday but he brought the wrong part. Said he would phone back within the hour to tell me what was happening he didn't. Spent half an hour on the phone to whirlpool today to be told he would be told to order the right part and to ring me "sometime" in the next couple of days. Do you think this is satisfactory service for your firm's mistake?
