Dear Mr. Fettig, We purchased a Kitchenaid Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher on 06-29-16 . Just a few days ago, the oven scrolled a message that the cooling fan was running too slow and to call for service. I did so and parts for the repair were ordered, but to my dismay the computer board was said to be back ordered and not available for 1 to 2 months. This is quite devastating, as I will not be able to cook or bake for that amount of time. We feel that the parts for such a newer oven ( which should not have broken so soon anyway) should be readily available so that your valued customers will be satisfied will their purchase. The Model # for this stove is KSEB900ESS0, the serial # R60613141. I would appreciate it if you would contact me regarding this matter and that somehow I will be able to get the parts and get my stove repaired much sooner than a 1 to 2 month time frame. The repair facility I have contacted regarding this problem is Monroe Refrigeration in Monroe, Michigan. I appreciate your prompt reply to this email. Thanking you in advance.
