I have a problem and need help.

In November, 2017 I purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator. In late May of 2018 a noise, which sounded like a bent motor fan, started. I contacted customer service who set up appointment with a tech who came to my house with a new component to replace a defective part. The tech stated that he has replaced many of these units and does no know why Kitchen Aid has not changed the design.

Last week the same problem happened. I again contacted customer service who again set up an appointment with a tech for 7/18/18 who was to visit somewhere between 8 AM and 4 PM. At 2:30 PM, with no visit or call, I called customer service and was told the tech would not be coming as he determined the noise was to be a normal operating noise. This is the same noise as first reported and corrected. The customer service rep informed me that the first replacement was a good will replacement and if I wanted a second opinion she would have the tech visit and if he determined the noise was a normal operating noise there would be a $90 service charge, I would expect the tech, an authorized agent of Kitchen Aid, would come to any conclusion other than one that favors Kitchen Aid.

All I want is a working refrigerator that I hope would last for years.

Please help.
