WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR CURRENT HOUSE
WE DECIDED TO UPGRADE TO KITCHENAID
BECAUSE OF THEIR REPUTATION.

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WE
BOUGHT A KITCHEN WALL UNIT WITH
CONVECTION OVEN AND CONVECTION
MICROWAVE.

MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE WE CANNOT
REPLACE PARTS TO MAKE IT USABLE.
TRIED A NEW TRANSFORMER, FUSE
2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF CIRCUIT BOARDS
NOTHING WORKED SO THIS MEANS
INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO FIX THE
UNIT FOR $500/$600 WE HAVE TO
BUY A N E W UNIT FOR PRICE OF
$3500/$4000 DOLLARS.

IN OUR PRIOR HOUSE WE HAD ALL GE
APPLIANCES FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND
SOLD IT WITH ALL THE UNITS WORKING.

I WISH THAT KITCHENAID/WHIRLPOOL
WOULD STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS
BETTER. WE DID TAKE OUT A 5 YEAR
EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT THE COMPANY
HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS AND WE ARE
OUT OF LUCK AND IT HAS BEEN SEVEN YEARS.

WE NOW SIT SEVERAL OTHER KITCHAID
PRODUCTS WHAT WE WILL BE FACING.

AGAIN WE BOUGHT KITCHENAID AS WE
FELT IT WAS A FIRST CLASS PRODUCT LINE.
