About some issues, we hand landscaping done last year and now are having to pull everything back out after all approved, we are the gineau pigs of the community and they make rules up as they go along. Everything was approved now we have to spend another small fortune to change things again. Our landscaping looks like crap from the start and we wanted curb appeal, we had approved now NO? The staff at our lodge cannot make any decisions without asking other people on there thoughts. Who comes up with these rules.? Not the residents of this. Community. Not once did anyone from the Master Board or above come out here and make a Deion it was all mad on paper.. Pulte will not replace our driveway because uneven and crumbling so there is more money out of our pocket..VERY disappointed cannot have a nice curb appeal to match our home...would have never bought another home in del Webb if we knew these issue are or were as you go we make the rules up....I will not recommend deal Webb, for a maintenance free living community, with handicap husband we did landscaping for him to be able to around with out the cheap mulch and now they want us to put back in, every time it rains the mulch goes all over, so another clean up before he can go out side..Pulte is not handicap community
Everyone sits behind chairs and desks but does not listen to there community residents and there needs, and the groups they hire to do yard work crappy job there also..ask the residents to vote its our community we know what is needed and wanted.
