Which I made from the dealership (in good faith) before purchasing?
Only to find that the Hartford does not in fact honor quotes, nor answer emails requesting explanation and correction of YOUR MISTAKE?
After calling moments ago (tired of waiting for an email, from China) a very polite young man said he was sorry and basically Oops, wish I could help, but you are paying the higher price I am of course paraphrasing.
Now Sir, Before I go else where I thought you office might be able to weigh in as to why in 2017 the ole 'bait and switch is used by the Hartford?
