Why do you charge an early termination fee when a customer moves but you don't provide service at the new location? I only moved 2 miles from my previous home in Denver,. Now I have to pay you $120 because your service is so spotty that you don't provide Prism in the new location?? In the RINO neighborhood of Denver? I had every intention of transferring service and keeping it but now I am so angry I'll never consider CenturyLink again and will pass on my experience to every renter in CenturyLink's market area. This is a penalty that disproportionately affect renters who have to move.
