Why do you outsource reservations to El Salvador?
I just tried to make a reservation at one of your hotels for a medical meeting, and the person on the other end could not understand the spelling for New Orleans given twice.
I bet a lot of Americans looking for work could do that job a lot better .
Very disappointing.
I have considered boycotting the meeting.
The political history of El Salvador and the treatment of Jesuit priests is not very admirable.
