Why I am leaving Sun Trust 1. Your closing my Sanibel, Fl Branch 2. No one at your online Banking could over ride the $1000 deposit limit for the mobile app deposits. 3. As a customer I could not deposit mobile checks because of my account age hold and bank deposit limit. 4. Here I am a good customer, with good credit and money in my account to cover any problems but Sun Trust just refuses to meet my needs. 5. What a strange bank that turns away deposits. 6 Maybe somebody at your corporate office should rethink customer retention. Please forward to your CEO --I will be emailing your CEO to be sure this email doers not go unnoticed.
