Why should i settle with inferior quality product of Samsung. In just 4 years its paint has given away. When cars which are exposed to all weather conditions can susutain its paint quality for maore than 15 years, why should i pay for repair. Pl instruct your office to replace it with newone.

Dear Mr. Hong,
I bought RT72KBSL1/2012 frost free 541 lit refrigerator. It has developed painting defect on front panel. This is not expected from such a high end product of Samsung, you must be aware that this fridge costs 5 times the normal fridge and is specially manufactured in Korea.A high quality product is expected to be made from Korea when it is to be exported to another country. As per the trailing mail which is in response to my correspondance to your CEOs office, they say that product is tmapered, how they have assumed that product is tampered when it is used for household items storage and how it was improperly used, is it not meant for indoor use in a home for storing vegetables and other eatables, I have used it for that pupose only. I have not even shifted it since its placement. Pl get it replaced with new one, if you dont want to loose a valuable customer and at the same time keeping up your companys reputation
