Why was my son, Brian Ciaccio, previously told he could pick up hid new(previously ordered) game on 5/15/17 @ 10:00 when the store opened? Then @ 10:00, he was told there was some misconception as to time he was actually to pick up the game (and a shirt) @ 8 pm on 5/15/17. At 8 pm, he was told 9 pm. My son does not drive so, therefore, my husband and/or myself had to drive him the 10 miles one way each time and the last time my husband had to wait for 1 hour before my son could get the gam the T-shirt. Im writing this @ 8:22 pm. Who knows if there will be another Bait Switch before the night is over? Back to my original question - why?
