Norman sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Wife and I are concerned that your latest advert has stooped low by allowing a child to poke her tongue out. This encourages such behaviour in other children. I'm fed up with being told it does not affect the children when I have had experience over 40 odd years of children from 8 upwards admitting they did something because they had seen it on tv. Please, help us to make this a better country, it's already dropped so low that many are ashamed of being British. Change add, or better still the ad makers who seem to think it's funny.
