Herman MARTIN sent a message to William Dillard II that said:

Good Afternoon Mr. Dillard I purchase an item from one of your stores that had damage on the item .
Expressed this to customer service and they agreed to send out label via email for exchange of item I have called customer service multi times today and they keep telling me they sent out email but I'm getting every email but from customer service -not sure what's going on but I'm not feeling like a valued customer .
Sorry to bother you with such a small issue but im not getting results from customer service not asking for refund really want item but if thats what need to be done -then I guess Ill send back for refund
