Mr. Dillard,
I'm writing because I recently bought an Antonio Melani jumpsuit for $179 and today I can order it for $107.40. I called customer service and Dillard's will not honor the price. My only option is to return and re-order. You're an intelligent educated business man. Seems silly to operate this way especially given the fact that we hear about store closings daily. Why have me return it and re-purchase. It seems like a waste of time and productivity. Interested in hearing your logic. I hope I don't have to discontinue doing business with yet another retailer whose logic just doesn't make sense.
