James warner Foster sent a message to William Dillard II that said:
Sir, trying to purchase a home and was told by the loan company to pay off my Dillard's account and to get a statement showing the account was paid off. Paid the the account in full September 22, 2020, explained to the lady it was imperative I get a get a paid in full statement as soon as possible. She told me that Dillard's only send out such request by regular mail and would be sent the next day. It is not October 21, 2020 and I still have not received written confirmation that the account was paid in full.
Need your help.
