@WilliamsSonoma – Laura Alber – at first I thought it MUST. Be a joke!! Pottery Barn selling stuffed fake wild

at first I thought it MUST. Be a joke!! Pottery Barn selling stuffed fake wild animal heads for kids wall decor. I guess so they can grow up to be serial killers like trophy hunters. Then I realized it was no joke. It was true!!!!

I implore you to rethink the sale of such disgusting merchandise tarted up to look all clean and sweet when in fact it mimics a truly barbaric practice that is on its way out as the world fights to save the last remaining wild animals. So I know, what a great idea for Pottery Barn to promote this practice to kids!! It\'s beyond mind blowing in this enlightened age.

Furthermore it has been discovered that on some level Pottety Barn supports Safari Club International. Why?? I haven\'t the slightest idea. They only have 55,000 members worldwide. The Pottery Barn customers number must be far larger and usually identify with a progressive green inspired lifestyle. So what\'s the connection??

I know this. I will never set foot in your stores again nor shop your catalogs. I will also show the pages with the stuffed heads and let them make up their own minds. I bet I know how they will feel. No one needs Pottery Barn. It\'s fluff. It\'s easy to cut you out.

Furthermore, I\'m appalled that a woman CEO who should have a better intuitive ear to the ground would surely have picked up on this long ago. It seems like something only a man would do. Huh. Disappointing.
