Dear Ms Alber, I have been a loyal customer for many many years. I am contacting you regarding a recent order. I ordered a coffee table in NOVEMBER and it arrived today MAY 20th. When it arrived and was NOT the coffee table described. The description was TWO drawer table and mine has ONE! I waited SIX months for this table and it is built completely wrong. Your CS manager offered me a 10% merchandise card!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is not acceptable! I deserve better CS than that after waiting SIX months to finish my room, ALL of which is furnished by PB! I would greatly appreciate your response to this matter. It is clearly not an $800 piece of furniture if built incorrectly.
