Good afternoon, Ms. Alber. I am (have been) a loyal customer to many of your brands, for many years. However, I am having a significant issue with West Elm - regarding the promised refund of a returned (defective, recalled) sofa.
I returned this item to West Elm's local agent in mid-December, and I have not received my refund. Further, there is no one at West Elm/Williams-Sonoma who can tell me when I might expect to be refunded.
It is unfortunate that such a matter is being addressed to you. But I am at a loss. For nearly two months, West Elm has been in possession of both the merchandise and my money (~$1000). I don't know what else to do.
