Hello, My daughter and I have been customers of pb and pbk for years. We have purchased many of your pb and pbk items as you can view our history of our purchases, Elaine Enos and Sherry Burton. My next purchase is the pink heart anywhere chair. Today I see a coupon code of "SAVEBIG" on the website. I tried to use this on the chair because the price of the chair is 129 plus 9 for personalization and then you add surcharge and shipping and tax bringing the total to at least 180. I wrote in to customer service however they would not let me use this coupon or provide me with one even though my daughter and I are good repeat loyal customers who purchase a lot through these companies. Please provide me with a coupon code since there is a large difference between 129 and 180 for this chair. I look forward to hearing from you
