@WilliamsSonoma – Laura Alber – Hi Ms. Alber- I purchased a Lorraine tufted bench for the end of my bed

Molly Walsh, MD sent a message to Laura Alber that said:

Hi Ms. Alber- I purchased a Lorraine tufted bench for the end of my bed. It arrived in August/Sept timeframe. About two weeks after it was delivered, one of the buttons in the tufts popped out. As a result, there is a section of the bench which is bulging. I called the store at Southpoint in North Carolina where I purchased it. I left a message that I was having a problem. I was told someone would return my call. No one did. So after two weeks, I called back again. This time I got an email a few days later saying my pictures of the bench would be forwarded to customer service and I would hear something within 7-10 days. That was October 30. I still haven\'t heard anything from anyone. I paid about $850 for the bench for custom fabric. I actually love the bench. But I have never had furniture fall apart so soon. So I would love to return it but have been told I can\'t because it was custom made. At a minimum, it should be repaired. I work full time and do not have the time nor the energy to track these people down who are not following up. I can assure you this will be the last piece of furniture I will buy from Pottery Barn. I appreciate anything you can do to help in this regard. Thanks so much for your time- Molly Walsh, MD
