I am extremely disappointed in your company! After several attempts of trying to reissue my expired rewards certificate and absolute no resolution, you have lost a customer! I have cancelled my credit line with your company and will never step foot in your store again! All over a policy that no one can seem to understand how to resolve!!! $150 reward certificate that I thought expired on the 31st, HONEST ERROR!!!!
Also very disappointed in the quality of the grand solano couch!!! That\'s another story !!!! Needless to say I felt the need to express my extreme dissatisfaction with how your company handles issues with your customers!!!!
