Pottery Barn Kids owes me a credit of $139 to my American Express credit card since November 2018 for a purchase of baby furniture. So far the local store manager, district manager , customer service agent, and supervisor Courtney Randolph have all said this credit is "soon to be issued to my Amex card" but as of today Feb. 19, no credit has been issued. I totally give up with this incompetent behavior. I was told the credit was approved to be issued. Three months later and it's still not issued. The people in question are Jacqueline Stuhl, Thuy Webb, Belinda in customer service, and now Courtney Randolph to whom I have left several phone and email messages with no response (clrandolph@wsgc.com 844-279 4674).
