Please help me with a situation. I placed an order on Feb 1st, 2018 for a custom bench and I got the delivery today May 15, 2018, It was missing a button on the bench so I refused it. I have been offered 20% off and free delivery but that hasn't reflected on my West Elm Card. They still want the full amount even if I don't have the bench in my possession. What am I to do next please advise. I don't want to wait another 4 month for my bench.
