I pre-ordered the Sony VR for my family and went with GameStop over Amazon or Best Buy and this has been a nightmare.

I called October 4th and advised we had moved from CA to North Carolina and to update the CC and the shipping information. I spent over 30 minutes doing this with your rep and he was supposed to email me, never did, but he confirmed changes were made and were in time. The rep. said I had the basic bundle, so i purchased 2 wands for VR use and the camera. I then get the credit card charge and its approx. $580 so the bundle with the 2 wandsetc.. (nothing like spending a couple extra dollars, such is life).

I get the shipping info. the evening of the 12th and its our old address.
I call GameStop while waiting I also call UPS. UPS advises they cant change the address, so while waiting for a GameStop rep. I advise UPS to return as no one lives at the address (UPS advised there was no option for an address change, I understand).
The rep. the night of the 12th says yes you guys screwed up the notes are there with the address change etc.. and promised I would have the VR unit Friday the 14th which I was Ok with.

I just called to check the tracking number and the unit hasn't gone out and will take 3-5 more days, I was just told. I advised cancel now and refund me so I could go to the store and buy one. Again you guys cant do that till the unit is back in the warehouse then 3 to 5 days.

This isnt my fault...Ive spent hours on this and have some upset and sad kids not that you guys care, based on my conversations with your rep's..

I plan on contacting Gamestop Monday to cancel once the unit is back in your warehouse. Complete waste of my time we really were looking forward to this don't appreciate your horrible customer service ruining what should've been a fun family experience.

I gave Gamestop a chance, its back to Amazon I take my business and money.

Everyone has the same product and prices so it comes down to customer service in my experience GameStop is lacking when not face to face in one of your stores.
