worked for Acosta auditing Wal Marts I slip slipped and fell on clear plastic shrink wrap negligently left laying on floor hurt my knee right hip right side of back 10 days after following thru with supervisor and speaking to a rep I was told can go to a dr regardless of my pain Was 72 years old was w/c Hartford insured Acosta of which Hartford followed thru.i now have medical bills to pay. Had to learn how to walk again went to PT . Have called so many times but to no avail as rep never called me back. I need these bills paid in full...also I can no longer work due to leg hip and back pain What does Hartford do to assist me? The policy number for Acosta us 10WNS32500. Just as Wal Mart was negligent so was Hartford. I patiently await a response as to the intentions of Hartford.
