Would like to talk to you in regards to a service issue that has gone on for 6 weeks now. I know this is not your department but it relates to Ford being able to support the products they sell. This issue could be very
damaging to Fords reputation. I currently have 9 FORD
VEHICLES. Some are for business purposes and others are for personal. Please e-mail me as this is unbelievable that Ford cannot back up what they sell.
