Wow, great to know I can contact a ceo, amazing. Unfortunately, I do have a complaint to register against Ameriprise Insurance, which you sell.
I am a baby boomer and I hope you can emphasize. My 69 year old husband in his 99 blazer was struck by your insured Mr. Perez. I won't bother you with details but suffice it to say the evidence is overwhelming that he did it confirmed by Farmers trouble shooting agent who viewed vehicle and sent to scene. Said it could not have happened any other way.
My problem is that Ameriprise categorically denied it, would not consider pics did not confirm she even got them til told in violation of Black's insurance law. Ms. Martinez of phoenix would not return 8 phone calls claimed she never got them or one she said she did B.S.
She first told the first rep at Farmers she would cover it, then alas no would not consider pics, police report if we had one did not, or body shop opinion which she first wanted us to get.
This happened 3-10-16 went almost a month til Farmers had to step in and pay minus deductible which is unconsionale. THE KICKER IS SHE HAD A STATEMENT FROM MR. PEREZ HER INSURED WHICH SHE REFUSES TO RELEASE TO FARMERS. OUR FIRT AGENT WHOM WE HAD TO KICK IT UPSTAIRS WOULD NOT EVEN BUCK HER. Farmers considers this UNUSUAL AND DISTURBING; I HOPE YOU DO TOO. I GUESS SINCE THIS IS A MATTER UNDER 2000 Ameriprise thinks they can get away with sticking us with our 1000 deductible. Really bad actors.
I sincerely hope you will consider not selling this non insurance from this dishonest company. It really does not enhance the reputation of Costco it hurts you in the long run. If you have any clout with these bad actors, please get them to cover our deductible.
If they are legit, why behave this way and refuse to release statement on such a small claim. But as seniors, it devastates us, no rental car, my husband still working as a painter had to use my car.
Please take a moment and see if this is the reputation you want for Costco when Costco is trying to make things affordable for consumers; it just should not cut corners with partners who are dishonest or worst. It was like the TV commercial for us JUST SAY NO - I guess no matter what.
Ball in your court please rectify it or you can ignore as I totally expect the greys in our society get well screwed.
