Jesse Aragon sent a message to Benjamin Fowke that said:
Mr. Fowke,
I have a number of properties in Colorado, and have successfully dealt with Xcel Energy for 40 years. It has been a positive relationship until now. Unfortunately, I find myself in a very difficult situation. I have never contacted a CEO before, but I can\'t think of another way to solve this problem. In October of this year I purchased a house at 1652 Wolff St, Denver, CO 80204. When the Xcel rep was at the house, I told him I wanted to move the gas meter away from the alley, and closer to the house. Simple enough (so I thought). 3 weeks later, I saw that the meter had been removed but not relocated closer to the house. It\'s now December 1, and I have no meter, no gas, no heat, and no estimated time frame for the reinstall. There is no way anyone can live in a house without heat in the Denver winter. Had I known this would be such a difficult task, I would never have asked them to move the meter. I have talked to many people at Xcel about putting the meter back without success. Xcel Energy Company holds all the cards, and I am powerless to do anything to move this along. The customer service department has not been helpful. Can you please help me get this meter re-installed as quickly as possible so this house is livable?
Happy Holidays, and thank you so much for your time,
Jesse Aragon
