Greetings,
My name is Yolanda Graham and I am writing this letter to inform you all of the extreme financial bind that I have been in since November 2019 as a result of miscommunication from an Xfinity representative. In October 2019, I made contact with an Xfinity representative to make a payment arrangement (promise to pay). Because I was not made aware that the funds would be automatically debited from my account, the payment was made via the online payment option 10/31/19 as promised. The very next day, the same payment was automatically debited from my account again. I have called tirelessly trying to get assistance with this matter. $480.15 is not a small amount of money in my household and its not just something I can let go. I have attached statements from October to present. I have been a "valued customer" for nearly 20 years but I can't get any help. I have been told by Xfinity representatives that the refund mas mailed and must've gotten lost, I would receive emails to proive supporting documentation in order to provide proof to my financial institution, etc. I have received NOTHING but a run around. Xfinity has received all payments and my account is current as promised. How can I get assistance with this matter? Per your representatives, calls are recorded for quality assurance. I am asking that ALL CALLS made on behalf of my account to Xfinity, October 2019 to present be pulled and examined to assist with this matter.
