Hello,
My family owns a corner building on 46th and
Broadway in the heart of Times Square with multiple Billboards. With the pandemic coming to an end and the Broadway shows opening September 14th, we are looking to do something extraordinary on the building. We would love to go in a new direction with the billboards and are looking for a company who would love to create an Icon identity at this property with a "spectacular" billboard and who wants to build brand awareness globally. I believe this is a perfect location for Comcast and all your assets.
There is no height limitation to our building , you can create a 3D image of your logo on the roof or anything you can imagine . The existing billboards are vinyl and can be converted to digital to showcase all your channels and sports networks or Dreamworks animations or they can remain vinyl which are very impactful and you can get your ads up as soon as possible, (two weeks) Perhaps, use all three existing billboards to highlight the summer Olympics! Additionally, the three existing billboards can be used to play off each other and really make a statement in the heart of Times Square.
For the future, A 3D billboard can only be created with a corner building. With our corner building, you can create this amazing 3D video billboard with images coming out into the square. (I can send a link, to see this new technology - it is pretty amazing) There are currently no corner 3D billboards in Times Square, Perhaps make Comcast the first.
I can send more information about the building if you are interested. I can send the Media kit with location and billboards and some renderings.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts .
Best Regards,
Rebecca Rubinstein
