I am a 71 year old widow whose only source of income is from Social security . I get $1995/month to pay my mortgage & utilities along with a Comcast bill of$295/month. Yes I could reduce my plan but quite honestly your lower plans are expensive also especially if it includes premium channels. I feel that if the average person pays $250/month & there are 45-50 people on my block all having Comcast cable as their provider , this is quite a chunk of money every month from just two blocks of Philadelphia .. multiply this by hundreds of thousands of Philadelphians. Wow !
My complaint is that your service is terrible ! Today of all days when we are trying to watch a landmark investigation regarding Judge Kavanaugh .. cable goes out ????? Really ??? This is not acceptable.
