sandy bratz sent a message to Brian Roberts that said:

i have attempted 4 times to reach an agent to discuss a billing issue. I have even tried through the executive offices, and have been put in a loop, where i have been disconnected. i received a bill from comcast for services for a home i no longer own with equipement i have returned. when attempting to talk to a person i again am placed in a loop. please help.
the only number one can reach me is 2066120982. i do not have services yet in my new home.
