Don La Marr sent a message to Brian Roberts that said:
I have been trying to get a credit from Spectrum since October, 2016 as I have billed for 5 receivers at $6.99 since early 2015 when in fact I only have 4 receivers. I contact the local office and they say they will have the bill ing department check and get back to me. Nobody ever does and when I call again i am told the case has been closed. This has happened about every 6 to 9 months since then with the same pathetic result. I have been incorrectly been billed an extra $6.99 over 62 times and I need to receive a credit. Hopefully you can make this happen as it seem that no one locally can make this happen.
